Morningstar Minerals Energy Boost 70 Mineral Supplement , 32 oz
I received the Morningstar Minerals Energy Boost today. I’ve taken mineral supplements in the past and there was always a strong taste to them and they were dark in color. This does taste like water and looks like well-water, w/o the rusty taste. Not much of a bite to it at all. I’ve read the reviews, but I’ll give it a few days to see if I feel any different. So far, I’m skeptical that something that tastes so much like water has all the minerals and benefits it claims to have. My husband will be taking it too, so I’ll let you know if it works any different for him. Then there will be 2 opinions instead of one.

This product is wonderful. The price is impressive for what it does. It is tasteless. It is a great way to start the day and to use as a pick me up later on in the day. It has helped to tone my lupus rash down immensely which is impressive. I find my energy so much better since starting this product. I will keep using it as does all that it says and more. We all need more energy and better nutrition in our diets. This product is worth having in the diet.

these are very easy to take, being liquid. Note, mark on bottle with sharpie pen the date you opened and be sure to use withing the time it would take you to take all the doses. Past that the taste changes a little. Also shake before taking.

My grandmother has been seeing a nutritionist for over 20 years and was told to start taking this as a good mineral supplement. She bought me several bottles and I figured why not.
It’s very easy to take and practically tasteless. I think it tastes like water, but my boyfriend thinks more like rusty water (I think because it looks that way). If you add it to juice you’ll never know it’s there, but I just down a shot. It made me feel good to think I was at least trying to get my minerals
I’d keep taking it, but it’s been out of stock on Amazon for a while. It sure beats pills.
